DISCOVER RHUNA
Politics, intrigue and plots rooted in a place
Political tension begins with people who need different things from the same decision. Rhuna’s Politics generator builds a local conflict around an authority, competing interests and a choice. Increase the depth when you want a hidden agenda, clues to investigate or a larger plot that can grow across several sessions.

How to use the generator
- Choose Local politics, Intrigue or Larger plot, then select a region.
- Name an existing location or authority when your campaign already has one. You can also begin from a generated place or faction.
- Read the public situation first. Open the WorldKeeper details for hidden information and possible escalation.
An example to build on
A shortage forces supply stewards to decide who receives the next delivery. A duplicated receipt suggests that a private allocation was promised before the public count.
Bring it into your story
Intrigue provides three clues, while a larger plot offers three possible stages. Treat those stages as possibilities that can respond to the Heroes, rather than a fixed sequence they must follow. The tool proposes campaign situations; it does not establish new canonical governments or secretly change your locations.
These browser-based tools are free to explore without an account. Use Add to Journal when a result belongs in your WorldKeeper notes, and export backups to keep a separate copy of saved work.
